Stephanie Percynski
Lead Listing Agent
Stephanie is a rarity, a true Georgia native. While originally from Macon, she and her family have called Johns Creek home since 2000. Spend a few minutes with her and you’ll realize she has never met a stranger. In any room, it isn’t long before you hear her say “Oh, you’re from . . . ? Do you know so-and-so?”. This ability to connect with people personally endears her not only to her clients, but other agents. That coupled with her no-nonsense advice and sharp negotiating skills has proven to be a winning combination over her 15-year career. She may start out as your agent, but it won’t be long before she’s offering to make you shrimp and grits.
While attending Mount de Sales High, Stephanie developed a knack for interior design working at her parents’ furniture store. Then, after graduating from Georgia College and State University, she settled in Atlanta and started a decorating service. She specialized in redecorating rooms with an emphasis on incorporating items the homeowner already owned. In fact, she was once featured on 11Alive News in story challenging her to redecorate a room using only what was already there. Her business grew to include staging homes in preparation for sale. Getting her real estate license was a logical progression. To this day, her sellers reap the benefits of her designer eye when getting ready to list.
Stephanie joined our Sherry & Co. team in 2013. She and her husband Scott have adult children - twins! - who live and work in the metro area.
