I was blown away!! In my experience, I’ve found Real Estate Agents to not do enough for what they earn in most transactions. They put up a sign, run some comps on auto pilot, have an open house and keep recommending cutting the price until someone comes along and buys the house. We worked with April Cotney from Sherry and Co Real estate to help us sell our house in Cumming GA. This engagement was made more tricky with the fact that we live overseas.
