Marketing has gone high tech. So should your agent.

It takes more than a for sale sign to sell a home. You need an agent with a solid marketing plan and a budget to back it up. Our full-time marketing staff will develop a customized plan for promoting your home that combines printed materials, social media, and paid advertising. They'll also be working behind the scenes to make sure your home is featured on our website, our YouTube channel, Compass.com, and all major real estate websites.  Then, there is good old-fashioned networking. Our agents have been in the busines a long time and have a vast network of realtors with whom they communicate regularly about our listings.

How your home is presented visually is important.

We've all seen questionable listing photos. That's a no-no. Afterall, photos are likely to be the first impression of your house on potential buyers. Not only are professional photographs necessary, knowing which order to put them in is equally important. Does your home have a pool with amazing landscaping? Then let's put that photo first, not the front of the house. We've got this down to a science.

We have a long-standing relationship with one of the best real estate photographers in the area. We work together to choose the best way to highlight the outstanding features of your home. Whether it's through the addition of drone photography, twilight photos, or an agent-narrated video, we are committed to telling your home's story in the most compelling manner.

Reach more potential buyers online.

We showcase our listings exactly where buyers are searching, online. Your home will be featured on sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Compass.com, our own website and so much more.

As a Zillow premiere agent we can add your house to the site as a coming soon while we prepare your home for market. This way, buyers looking in your home's area and price point will be aniticpating your home hitting the market.

Once you're home is actively listed it will appear on all online real estate sites and it will have a dedicated page of its own on our website.

Social media posts and digital advertising work.

Social Media
We maintain active profiles on all major channels - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter. But we don't rely strictly on organic reach. We do hundreds of dollars of paid advertising every month.

YouTube
We produce high-quality listing videos that we share on our very own YouTube channel. YouTube video links can easily be shared via email and other social media channels to reach the broadest audience for your home. It isn't unusual for our listing videos to attract hundreds, even thousands of views.

We use multiple channels to reach buyers.

Marketing a Home with Video

Sometimes a simple highlight video is enough to show off a home's features and layout.

Other times, we need to tell a story to more fully illustrate the lifestyle embodied by the home itself and the surrounding community.
